Mold Assessment Testing

We provide Mold Testing Services through air sampling, direct mold sampling where visible growth is present and a thorough physical on site inspection. All samples are sent to a third party independent laboratory for testing to provide fair, honest, and accurate results. We provide reports that clearly and throughly show the results from all testing and sampling. Mold is present everywhere and certain types of mold present much higher health risk than others. The only way to get the most accurate testing and to find out the types of mold present are through laboratory testing. Mold may be present while remain unseen musty smells or changes in health could be possible signs of a mold problem. Mold spores and Mycotoxins in the air can lead to smells and sickness. What is Radon testing? Radon is a naturally-occurring radioactive gas that is inert, colorless and odorless and it can be found as trace amounts in the atmosphere. Outdoors, it dissipates quickly and harmlessly but trapped indoors, in places like basements, cellars, and other living spaces in contact with the ground, it can cause increased chances of lung cancer. Testing measures the picocuries per liter of air in a home. Elevated levels of Radon are found in 1 in every 15 homes.
